What Insurance Posting & Aging gets you. Every insurance payment (EFTs, ERAs, paper checks, virtual credit cards) posted line by line inside Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft or Open Dental every business day, plus the aging report worked: claims over 30 days followed up with the payer, denials classified and corrected or appealed, underpayments checked against the fee schedule, secondary claims and appeals. Onboarding is a read-only connection to the practice management software, a review of the office's adjustment and write-off rules, and payer portal access for remittances; most offices are live within two weeks.
